Graduation Information

 
GRADUATION WALK-THROUGH CEREMONY
June 7, 2022
12:00 pm 

COVID-19 Required Safety Protocols to adhere to while on campus.
 
  • Masks Recommended 
  • Symptom check - Please stay at home if you are not feeling well or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19

Students & families will park at First Baptist Church and enter at the AE student entrance at the top of the stairs on Ridge Road.  If handicap access is needed, please contact Amber (530-477-1225 ext. 2301) in the office right away.

Each student will be assigned an arrival time.  Families are asked to enter the campus together and remain together as a group throughout the entire preparation process and ceremony. Please maintain physical distancing from other groups while on campus. 

Graduate groups will proceed as directed around campus stopping at several stations:

  • Pick up reserved Cap/Gown to borrow(Computer Lab)
  • Wait to be escorted to the ceremony (Staging Area)

We will then celebrate the Graduate!  

The Graduate and their group will then proceed to room I-10 to return the borrowed Cap/Gown,  pick up their formal diploma, and exit the campus. 

Arrival assignment times will be made by June 1st.  If you have not been contacted by then, please call the office to talk with Amber about your assignment (530-477-1225 ext 2301).
