Curriculum is delivered online.  We offer open "labs" in which you can drop in to use our computers or get additional assistance from our teachers and support staff.  Our program is designed to help you prepare quickly and efficiently in class and at home.  Practice exams are available so you'll know when you're ready for the final exam.  Start any time.  Register today - classes are FREE!

Take the GED Exam

When you're ready for the exam, we offer an official GED Testing Center at our Nevada Union campus (11761 Ridge Road, Grass Valley, CA). It is possible to complete your testing in two days.  You must create an account at www.GED.com 48 hours prior to testing. You will be required to submit payment when you register.  Nevada County Adult Education will not accept any payments.

Open Lab Hours

We offer an open lab where you can come in to use our computers to work on your school assignments and get help from our support staff.  Our hours are Monday-Thursday 12:30-4:00pm. 
 
Virtual Lab Available Thursdays 12:30-4PM
 
Due to Covid-19, hours and availability may change.  All students will be required to follow all district protocols (screening, masks, physical distancing, etc.) and stations will be sanitized as each student leaves.
