About Us

We Want to Help You Accomplish Your Goals!

Nevada Union Adult School exists to help adults in our county reach their educational and personal goals. We want to equip our students with the knowledge and skills necessary to be more effective citizens, workers, and parents. Our programs are all designed to help adult learners achieve a better quality of life and enrich our community.

How to Register

High School Completion:  Independent Studies and Directed Studies classes (for description see High School Diploma tab on the left) are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To make an orientation appointment, contact Julie S. Madrona at 530.477.1225, ext. 5118. When you come to your appointment, please bring official copies of your high school transcripts and be prepared to pay a $100 refundable book deposit fee to register for the Independent Studies program. Fee can be paid by cash or money order only (we do not accept checks).

Other Adult Ed classes include GED Preparation, ESL, and Concert Band.  You may register for any of these courses in class.
